Truck up on jack.i was rotating tires .Someone let’s jack down hard before tires was tightened.Rear week got in bind .Now it’s in at the top. Wobbles a little…

What was task? Rotate wheels. Seems simple. 4 wheels or 6?  
Feel off single jack? 1 tire was lifted?

Sounds like this is not a dually. But now has either a bent rim or damaged suspension. Either way, not a good idea to drive it until repaired.
