Why does the steering wheel and accelerator sometimes vibrate after about 20 minutes of driving and at 40 to 45 MPH and the braking feels like you are driving over logs?

Monte, 2007? 6700 Miles? Warranty? It Must Be Under Warranty, right?

I’d call or stop by the dealer and voice my concerns. See if they will diagnose this and remedy the situation, under your warranty coverage.

Apparently you’re not the only one with this complaint. There is a Chevrolet TSB (Technical Service Bulletin), available to Chevy dealer service departments that helps them diagnose this condition. I can’t seem to pull up the details of this bulletin EIO7266 that pertains to "Vehicle / tire vibration for tire sizes: P275/55R20 , LT245/75R16, P265/70R17, P245/70R17. It contains diagnostic information to reduce vibration concerns (revised bulletin).

I’m guessing that your’s is a tire / wheel vibration problem, but that is how I’d start. Unless you’ve hit something hard with a wheel, I think warranty should fix it for you. Let Chevy figure it out.
