Car very shaky at low speeds. Feels like transmission is not changing grear or is having trouble delivering power. Engine runs fine. I had a transmission oil change done at 110K, now it has 170K miles.

That is a fairly open ended problem description… We have little or no way of knowing what is going on unless your check engine light is illuminated. Is the check engine light on? If so…go to Auto Zone or Pep Boys and they usually read the codes for free… The codes will point you in the right direction… This could be an engine issue…and or a transmission problem… No way of knowing without more info.

Besides the above, it could be engine mounts.
