My best guess is a wiring issue. Have you checked the fuses?

I assume you have made sure the window lock switch is not causing the trouble with the windows. The window circuit is usually powered through a circuit breaker rather than a normal fuse. You should make sure that power is getting to the breaker. Make sure all the fuses in panel under the hood are okay. If they are okay then see if power is getting to the master panel in the door. There may be a break in the wiring in the door jam of the driver’s door. Your vehicle is old enough to have that kind of problem.

You may be looking at a failing BCM.

> If your BCM malfunctions, you will notice a negative effect on the operation of your vehicle. Watch out for these symptoms.
