I have an 07 MDX, rear and front shocks are shot. Would an 08 kit work for my 07?

Ask the maker of your “kit” if they also fit an 07. They are 1st year and second year of the second generation. Unless Acura did a “GM thing” and made them different, they are the same. But ask the maker of the kit.
