06 Tacoma the roof paint has been peeling up and the roof rusting ---

Once you get the finish repaired, repainted, it will stay that way longer if you - park out of direct sunlight as much as possible - rinse off the surface dust and grit that accumulates once a week with a garden hose - thoroughly wash and wax the car twice per year ---

Very common on Blue Toyota Corollas around that year… I had to have the top of mine repainted years ago… The rest of the paint was still good…
