My murano started to make a thumping sound on the drivers side. I checked the tires and nothing seems wrong with it but after further inspection I’ve found some kind if fluid that has sprayed on the back of the tire and the fender wells. What could have caused this?

When you find fluid behind the wheel/tire/fender well. the first thing that comes to mind is a brake hydraulic leak.

If the brakes are fine, then the next thing that comes to mind is a strut that’s leaking hydraulic fluid.
