# 2006 Nissan Maxima thumps when applying the brakes

had brakes done on all 4 wheels, new rotors and pads. car has a thumping sound when you apply brakes. Had frt. rotors turned, again, it still has thumping noise. Was told rear brakes are slipping, have to drive car about 1000 miles, so that they break in , correctly. Any coments.

Well,if you can take a sound clip of the noise that would be helpful.
