My ac thermostat that use to be with evaporator isn’t working again so my ac man got me a manual thermostat instead but whenever the get hot and I ran into traffic the compressor will not cutoff and the ac will not blow well

Have the car fixed correctly so that it operates correctly. Stop your mechanic from trying to bodge the repairs
