it seems to ecelerate high and there is a rubbing sound coming fromthe back passenger side when pressing on the gas peddle ---

Might be a bad bearing or a brake issue. Take it to a local shop for diagnosis and repair. Have you been in an accident? ---

There could well be more than one issue that a qualified mechanic needs to look at.
