# 2005 Kia Sportage - Chugs and dies

I have a 2005 Kia Sportage 126,000 miles.  
Whenever I refuel, the car takes minimum three attempts to start. It will turn over, chug and then play dead.  
Afte 3rd or 4th it will rough idle, then run fine.
