That was the reason they did it for free. They were apologetic and responded in a professional and caring manner. Not, however, what I anticipated!

I honestly donât see why the shop apologized
The customer bought a new set of tires, which naturally need to be balanced
The customer shouldnât expect the remaining old set of tires, which are to be reused, and moved to the front axle, to be balanced free of charge
In my opinion, this is a case of a customer not fully understanding what theyâre paying for . . .
