# 2005 BMW Z4 hood won't open

So i initially took my BMW to a dealership to fix the hood latch. the only way to open my hood was to remove the front grills and pull on the string. but the mechanic who worked on my car broke off the string. so now its IMPOSSIBLE to open the hood.
