# 2004 Volkswagen Touareg Tire pressure warning

The Tire Pressure Monitor system keep sending me an alert but my tires are not low. the message reads…Tyre Pressure monitoring system fault. Anyone got any suggestions on how to fix or reset this?

The message is not telling you the pressure is low, it’s telling you there is a fault in the system. I’m guessing there’s a computer scan coming your way soon. Do you have an independent VW mechanic or do you rely on the dealer? It’s time to visit one of them.
