Okay now, you can start one thread for each car you find, but you are not going to get a lot of feedback, specially if you are going to leave most of the stuff to our imagination. So tell us after the eclipse, you decided to go with a Mazda Minivan 🙂 or maybe it is a different type of Mazda.

**^**
A Mazda 6 is a sedan, not a sports car.
While I will grant you that the 6 does handle better than…let’s say…a Camry, it is not a sports car.

I really think that your first step in buying a car is to define what you want/need.
Do you want/need a sports car?
In that case, then you might want to focus on a Mazda Miata (also known as the MX-6), or possibly a MazdaSpeed3.

Do you want a sedan?
If that is the case, you should look at the 6, or possibly the 3.

Do you want a tiny economy car?
Then you should look at the Mazda 2.

Do you want a mini-van that really is a MINI van?
Then you should look at the Mazda 5.

Trying to get an opinion on “a Mazda” without including the all-important details, such as the exact model, is just a waste of everyone’s time, including yours.

mazda what? 2? 3? 5? 6? RX-7? RX-8? mx-5/Miata? tribute? b2000? CX-7? CX-9? Speed3?

with a rebuilt title, and 9 years old, the car/truck/van/suv is worth $1000 at best

No Mazda at 140,000 miles is worth buying. $3,500 is a really bad price for it if you did buy it.

Nope, it is not a good deal. It’s overpriced and he title suggests that it’s been in an accident. It could have been minimal (it doesn;t take much to total a car that old) or it could have seriously affected the structural integrity of the vehicle. Too risky.
