Truck has run a little hot but always comes back to 210 degrees from about 230 degrees. twice now stated to overheat 1st time I replaced the thermostat was fine for 2 weeks then did it again. Had it towed to the shop. Could it be the radiator fan., Or should I check something else?

did you bleed the air out of the system when you changed the thermostat?
It also could be a faulty temp sensor which tells the fan when to come on.
just some thoughts

Depends on WHEN it overheats… in low speed traffic? Likely the cooling fan. Highway driving, not likely the cooling fan.
