New rear brakes, that make a tapping sound when I come to a stop. Been to the garage 3 times, without good results. This car has 150,000 miles on it!

Take it back again to the shop where you had the brakes done, and tell them they either fix the brakes or you will tell everyone you know that the shop is no good.
