# 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class - Brake warning

When I start the car it starts to making a beep sound and on the dash a STOP symbol shows up to let me know that the brakes are not working???

If you asking if they are working or not I can’t answer that . As for the dash symbol it will be in your owners manual as to what it means.
