Hi guys, my old jeep does not steer as precisely as it used to. I had a dealer check it out… normal. I had a tire store take a look… again the verdict was: normal. The other thing is, I had to add power steering fluid but I don’t see a leak anywhere. Can you help?
Do I need a psychiatrist?

Thanks for any help.

You’ve probably got a worn steering gear box. I’m saying that because the vehicle is old and you’ve probably got quite a few miles by now

Put the truck on jack stands and get under there

There’s several parts to the power steering system . . . gear box, pump, hoses, lines, and so forth . . . any or all of them could be leaking or seeping
