When refueling my 2003 Astro van it keeps shutting off every 50 cents or quicker. Chevy replaced a sensor and that did nothing. Any suggestions?

More than likely, the Onboard Refueling Vapor Recovery system has a restriction.

Have someone inspect the hoses/valve to and from the charcoal canister.

If the gas tank can’t vent, the gas pump will keep shutting off.

Is this one of the cars that has had a spider nest problem?

Try using the slow setting on the pump nozzle when filling.
