Got it thank you, I will look into doing this.
OP states above oil loss is only 1/4 quart per thousand miles. One quart per 4 thousand miles is better than many new cars. I donāt think thatās the cause.

and if one wanted to reduce this āburnā further, the oil type with lower volatility may be found/used which will further reduce that
