Well, it would be pretty helpful to know what engine it has.  
On the 3.7 V6 and 4.7 V8, get under the truck and follow the lower radiator hose to the engine and locate the thermostat housing.  
On the 5.9 V8, 8.0 V10 and Diesel, follow the upper radiator hose to the engine and locate the thermostat housing.
