# 2002 Dodge Caravan Steering Wheel Lock

I just purchased a used 02 Caravan. When I remove the key from the ignition, the steering wheel does not lock up unless I turn it at least a quarter of a turn. Is this normal?

We had an 03 voyager purchased new and that was normal for us.
