# 2002 Camry Catalyst Monitor Test Will Not Complete

Trying to get my 2002 Camry ready for CT Emissions test. No codes to show, but Monitor Readiness test shows “Incomplete” for CAT convertor. No amount of driving (local + highway) the last 3 weeks has changed that.  
Would appreciate any suggestions, please, on how to clear that Incomplete signal. Thanks all.

I use an OBD-II test tool – costs $20-$50 (I got mine from ebay).

Are you driving nice and steady, or race to each stop light, then slam on the brakes?

Are you able to maintain a steady speed on the freeway?

Is the engine even getting up to proper operating temperature?
