I’m adding about 2 cups of coolant every day or two. No visible signs of a leak, Pressure test by mechanic was good. No symptioms of head gasket leak. Air seems to be displacing coolant somehow.

 Any Ideas?

Did he do the pressure test hot? It has to go somewhere. Even a small amount of white smoke in the exhaust? smell it (don’t breathe gallons of exhaust, a quick whiff to see if you smell anti-freeze).

Any puddles anywhere? green/orange crud anywhere (if it is just weepeing, a tiny bit might leak out, and dry up.

I think headgasket, have the cylinders pressure tested. If it isn’t catastrophic, it may not exhibit the symptoms you seek enough to find them.
