# 2001 Toyota Highlander

My interior heater control hasn’t worked in the past 2 years. I either have HOT air or COLD air and that’s only after I play with the temp knob.  
  
 I was told I needed a heater control panel? and they wanted real money for that before labor.  
  
 What is the real problem
