Bing, thanks for the heads up. I guess I never had the slightest idea that things like this would happen to me. If I decide to buy a car, unless it’s a very cheap one (most likely based on my miserable grad student income) i’ll seriously consider comprehensive insurance. Many people are lucky but I always seem to be the ‘chosen’ one.
