The service manual for my 2001 chevrolet Silverado Pick Up states that to adjust the emergency brake pedal, you should remove the emergency brake lock out pin and press the pedal three times. However, it doesn’t tell you where the emergency brake lock out pin is located. Does anyone know. I think the emergency brake on this model is a bad design. Am I the only one having trouble?
