I’ll even give the OP the opportunity to consider the following questions before he posts his expanded response.  
Does it rumble when…  
… the engine is idling  
or  
… when you are driving at low speeds  
or  
… when you are driving at high speeds  
or  
… when you are braking  
or  
…when you are turning  
or  
???
