# 2000 Honda Accord Cpe - Cuts Out at Highway Speeds

when accelerating it will sputter and not speed up fast enough to stay running fast cuts out around 80 miles and hour its a five speed changed plugs and wires

Is the check engine light on? For how long?

How many miles on this? What do you mean “cuts out around 80”? The engine stalls? Stumbles?

I’d check the fuel pressure next. Maybe the fuel pump is dying.
