# 1999 rav4 roof rack

Does anyone know of a roof rack that can be installed using the 4 anchors (under the plastic sliding covers) for the factory rack without drilling holes in the roof? I have looked around alot w/o success and think someone makes a rack or mounting hardware that would use the factory anchor devices.
