What was the readings for the other cylinders ?
60 psi is really low.
It was actually 92, I asked the person who tested it. And all of them were at that psi.
Way too low. And unlikely for all to be the same in an engine with your symptoms.
A low reading like that, dry, should be followed by another test, wet (oil in the cylinders.)
Who did the test? Was it a mechanic or just a friend with a compression gauge? To get a good reading the throttle has to be locked open and the engine cranked 6 or 7 revolutions. Then add oil to the cylinders and repeat. If the compression comes way up after adding oil, it is worn rings.
