1999 Dodge 1500, 122000 miles. Overheats slowly during idle. Local temps have been very hot lately. I flushed and cleaned the radiator and changed the clutch fan. Any other suggestions?

Eh, doubt it. If it’s overheating at idle, does that imply that once you get moving down the road it cools back down?

Sorry. Yes, while running down the road it cools back down to normal operating temp. 170 - 180 degrees.
