Soft fabric inside, waterproof outside, vented, straps to secure it. Easy to put on and remove, if it is not relatively easy, you might only use it once. ---

I’d find folks in your area that are storing cars outdoors, and see what works for them. Cool damp weather/high humidity is a breeding ground for mold and mildew in the interior of your car, to be avoided.
