All instruments on panel are going completely to the right . Sometimes they do not work at all I was told the cluster under the dash could be bad. Do you know if you can buy a rebuilt one or how much does a new one cost?

You can get one from a junkyard. That’s probably your cheapest option if it really needs replacement. Have you checked the connections to be sure they aren’t loose?

Before doing this, I’d try to get a schematic and see if the ground is good.
I’d also get a can of “contact cleaner” at Radio Shack and try cleaning the contacts. It’s a spray on to wash the contacts with. It might be a “ribbon” connection, a bunch of wires side-by-side in a flat arrangement with a “strip contact”, but don’t let that scare you.
