# 1998 Dodge Dakota wont turn over

have a 1998 dodge dakota was attempting to jump off batt. when positive cable fell & touched frame of vehicle didnt think any thing of it when try starting vehicle nothing happens all lights come on checked all fuses in eng. area as well as inside cab. would really appreciate if some one could help thanks a lot!

When you say “won’t turn over”, do you mean that the starter won’t engage and crank the engine, or that the engine will turn over (crank) but not start?
