My 97 Civic DX Coupe has 74,400 miles. In recent months it has started making a grumbling kind of muted creaking sound when I make any hard turn, does so on any 90 degree turn unless I take it slow and gradual. It has never made this sound before so I wondering what is up. Any idea?

Maybe wheel bearing.

This noise can be caused from a dry ball joint, or from a worn upper strut bearing.
