I beleive my starter is going to have to be replaced. What is the cost for a new starter and estimated labor costs? Thanks in advance for your responses

This forum is not the place to find out car parts prices. Prices keep changing. Go to the web site of [AutoZone.com](http://AutoZone.com) and look up what you need.

There are many used Neon parts for sale. Check eBay, for example. In fact, I have a spare Neon starter sitting in my garage right now. Yours for $40 plus shipping costs.
