Turn on ignition, all warning lights are on,except anti-theft light, it flickers. Car cranks OK, no start. Wait 5-10-minutes with ignition on and anti theft light comes on solid and car will start. Dealer replaced console, ignition switch and says he re-wired something, $600. He said the trouble will not show up on his test equiptment if the problem is in the cars computer?? any ideas??? thanks, Bill

It sounds like something is going on with the A-theft system rather than the ECU. I would try to verify that good power is getting the system. If that is ok then the A-theft system may be the problem.
