# 1996 Jimmy with a check engine code 1351

My 1996 GMC Jimmy check engine light comes on and when read with a code reader shows “1351” (ignition control circuit voltage high). It has become very hard to start, but once started it runs fine.  
  
  
  
 Any ideas?
