# 1995 Toyota Camry - Low miles, doesn't want more

car stalls and then stops when braking. car has less than 55000 miles-local driving only

You should have a check engine light on. But chances are you are going to have to have a mechanic diagnose the problem, expect to pay $100-150, the shop may wave the fee if you have them do the work.  
On a 24 year old car you may have multiple problems from vacuum leaks to sludge in the engine. Driving less than 3000 miles per year, local driving is rough on an engine.
