i have a 1995 subaru impreza,for the past few weeks it’s hard to start whin it is cold. once it warns up it starts right away. ---

The next time you go to start the engine when it’s cold, turn the ignition switch on so the dash lights come on for two seconds, and then turn the ignition switch off. Repeat this a half dozen times and then try starting the engine. If the engine starts right up, the anti drain-back valve in the fuel pump is leaking as the vehicle sits. Tester
