This is a4L V6 explorer cologne engine that has been translocated into a 1988 Ford Ranger. Crank position sensor recently went bad and was replaced. Now however, the car idles ok but in first and second will stall out and die, jerking all around. Is this the MAF sensor, and should i clean it or replace it? If not what do i do.

A dirty/defective idle air control valve can cause stalling.
