# 1990 300ZX Oil Pressure Sender Gauge

I’ve had this gauge replaced, but apparently it’s unreliable. It won’t correctly register the oil pressure, so most of the time, it looks as if there is zero oil pressure. Any ideas for fixes? Replace again?

How about the oil pressure sending unit? Is this an electric or direct pressure system? Why did you change the gauge?

You ask good questions that I can’t answer. Changed the gauge on the recommendation of the dealer. I’ll go back and find out the answers to your posed questions. Thanks.
