Why not let us in on what the dealership wants to repair. That would be a whole lot easier than this guessing game.

Because you have never serviced the transmission, I would have the dealer do a fluid exchange.
With regular servicing (30k to 50k) about 25% of the transmission fluid is replaced each time so the some NEW fluid is put in.
With an exchange, all or close to all of the old fluid is replaced.

I would also replace the plugs, fuel filter, air filter, & PCV valve.

The rest depends on the list. Remember they do want to sell you a new car, but they also are looking for safety problems that could occur if you ignore their recommendations.

The brakes should be listed on the safety report and it should state that the brakes have ??% life left.
