Car won’t start, spraying starter fluid in and will run but when stop spraying it shuts off, red lighting bolt light on, check engine light, ideas on what it could be?

The lightning bolt symbol indicates a problem with the electronic throttle control system. Could be a dirty or bad throttle body, or perhaps something wrong with the accelerator pedal sensors.
