very intermittent problem…I can start and drive my 2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0L w/AC 115k miles. Then shut down try to start it back up.  
  
 It turns over but doesn’t start up.  
  
 I can let the car sit 30-40 minutes and it will start up without any issues
