where is the signal flasher located  
  
 on 2001 monte carlo?

If you can find someone else with one, ask they to turn on the flasher and then listen for it.

Behind left center of the instrument panel. Oh, by the way, if you go to [www.autozone.com](http://www.autozone.com) you enter your car info and then select component location, it will tell you where many things are. Also you can actually look at pictures of the various parts just to see what you are looking for.
