And if so, did you clink on that link that takes you that mopar website?
The OP fessed up that the engine is essentially seized
He can turn it over by hand a few inches in either direction . . . the engine is toast, 100% certainty 
I read the posts at the other site and we should be done here. The poor guy was taken for a ride.
