Your fan is turning faster and cooling the freon.
Even though your condensor fan is moving doesnāt mean its moving at the right speed
If the compressor is not engaging you would never get cold air

This is a 8 year old thread and the OP has not been on in 8 years eitherā¦ Iām sure the issue has either been taking care of or the OP has sold the vehicleā¦
